Two men are to appear before the District Court in Cork this morning charged in connection with two separate murders in the city.
19 year old Dean Crinnian of 1 Blackwater Grove in Togher Cork - has been charged with the murder of 51 year old Gerard Delaney during a row outside the Manhattan bar on Lower Friars Walk in Cork in 2011.
Mr Crinnian was remanded in custody and is due back in Cork on Thursday.
Separately, Gardaí investigating the the death of a grandfather in a row outside a pub in Blackrock in Cork have arrested a 21 year old man for the purposes of charge.
The 21 year old was arrested in the Mahon area in connection with the death of Patrick Deasy of Mc Grath Park.
57 year old, Mr Deasy died from head injuries days after an assault outside the Red Cove Inn in September of last year.
