A man has been charged by Gardai investigating the death of a 21 year old man in Dublin yesterday.

Jason Saunders was discovered in an unconscious state on Fassaugh Avenue in Cabra in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

A 22 year-old man is due to appear in court tomorrow morning.

A second man, aged 25, was released without charge earlier today.
