A 28-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Jordan Davis in Dublin last month.
The 22-year-old was shot dead in Darndale while pushing his four-month-old son in a buggy.
On the afternoon of May 22nd, Jordan Davis was shot dead beside Our Lady Immaculate National School on Marigold Road in Darndale.
This morning Wayne Cooney, with an address at Glenshane Drive in Tallaght, appeared in court charged with his murder.
The 28-year-old was arrested on Saturday June 22nd and brought to Coolock Garda station.
Wearing a blue t-shirt and navy tracksuit bottoms, the court heard that Mr Cooney made no reply when charged.
He has been remanded in custody to Cloverhill Prison, where he will appear again this Friday June 28th.
