The man charged with the abduction, rape and murder of Irish woman Jill Meagher in Australia has had 2 new charges made against him for rape and false imprisonment.
Adrian Ernest-Bayley is due to face trial for Jill Meagher's murder later this year.
The 41-year-old has been charged over two sexual assaults in the St. Kilda area last year.
He has been charged with rape, false imprisonment and intentionally cause injury over an incident on April 5th and also with rape and false imprisonment relating to an alleged assault on July 15th.
Reports say these are listed for a file hearing in Melbourne on Friday.
Bayley is due to face a committal hearing on charges of murdering and raping Ms. Meagher next week.
