A man has appeared before Bray District Court charged in connection with a fatal stabbing on St. Stephen's day.

32 year old Wayne Kennedy with an address at 52 Rathsallagh Park in Dublin was charged with murder and assault causing harm. 

The court heard that when charged on both counts Wayne Kennedy replied no. 

Free legal aid was granted and he's been remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhilll district court on Friday the 3rd of January 2014.
