A Dublin man is in a critical condition in hospital after he was last night found injured by gardaí in Inchicore. The man in his 40s was found on Tyrconnell Road at about 9:25pm last night.

He was taken by ambulance to St. James's Hospital for his injuries which are believed to be critical.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
