A man in his 30s has died in a car crash in Cork. 

The single vehicle collision happened at around a quarter past 7 this morning.

The man died when his car went out of control and collided with ditch on the Youghal Bypass.

The road is currently closed while Gardaí carry out a technical examination of the scene.
