A man has died in a motorbike crash in Dublin.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene of the single-vehicle collision at Constitution Hill in Dublin 7 just after 2am this morning.
The driver of the motorcycle, a man aged in his 30s, was taken to the Mater University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The outbound lane of the road is currently closed for a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam, and were travelling on Constitution Hill in Dublin 7 between 1.30am and 2.30am this morning, are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
