A man has died in a workplace accident in County Wicklow.

Gardaí were called to the scene at Coolafancy near Tinahely at around 6:10pm last night.

A man in his 60s was found dead at the premises.

Emergency services removed the man's body and a postmortem is now due to be carried out.

The Health and Safety Authority (HAS) has confirmed it is aware of the death and is now investigating.

Gardaí are also continuing to investigate.
