A man in his 50s due in court in Dublin this afternoon charged in connection with the seizure of drugs, ammunition and forged documents.
Eight different types of drugs worth around €800,000 were found along with a large quantity of forged documents when searches were carried out at the Ballymount Industrial Estate yesterday afternoon.
Gardai searched a vehicle in the Industrial Estate yesterday afternoon and found ecstasy tablets and white powder thought to be an illegal drug.
The driver of the vehicle - a man in his 50s - was arrested and detained at Clondalkin Garda Station.
A number of follow-up searches were then conducted. These resulted in the seizure of up to eight different types of drugs.
Ammunition was also found along with a large quantity of forged documents including blank NCT certificates, insurance certificates, P60s, travel passes and other documents.
A quantity of photographic equipment was also seized.
