A man in his 20s is due in court this morning after a drug seizure and bomb scare in Ballymun, Dublin last night.
A pipe bomb was discovered during the planned search of a house at Wood Hazel Terrace, where heroin worth €3,000 was discovered.
The bomb squad was alerted just after 9 O'clock and homes in the area were evacuated.

The device was made safe without the need for a controlled explosion.
The bomb parts will now be handed over to gardaí for their investigations.
Nobody was injured.
