Gardai have released a man they were questioning about the murder of Gerard Donnelly in the Phoenix Park.
The man in his 20s was released without charge and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
A teenager (17) is still being questioned about the killing at Blanchardstown garda station.
Earlier, another man (27) appeared in court charged with the murder of Mr. Donnelly, who was burned to death while sleeping rough in the Phoenix Park.
Ciaran Moran, with an address at Camden Hall, Camden Street in Dublin, has been remanded in custody to appear at Cloverhill District Court on this day week.
He wore black tracksuit bottoms and a grey sweatshirt in court, and had a visible head wound and a bruised eye.
Detective Sergeant Thomas Lynch of Cabra Garda Station gave evidence he was charged and cautioned just before midnight and made no reply.
He is accused of murdering Gerard Donnelly, a man in his 30s, at Wellington Road in the Phoenix Park on or about last Friday.
Defence solicitor Andrew Vallely applied for legal aid and requested that his client would continue to receive medical attention while he is in custody.
Judge Ann Ryan agreed to recommend treatment. Because it is a murder charge any bail application will have to be made before the High Court.
