A 29-year-old man is due in court today in relation to a suspected arson attack in Dublin at the weekend.
One woman was injured in the incident which happened on Sunday night.
At about 10:20pm on Sunday night a man entered a house on the South Circular Road in Dublin where it is understood he used a flammable liquid to start a fire.
Gardai were called to the scene and used a ladder to help the occupants escape from the burning building.
Dublin Fire Brigade also attended the scene and extinguished the fire.
Woman treated in hospital
However a 24-year-old woman received minor injuries and needed treatment at St. James's hospital as a result.
Investigating Gardai arrested a 29-year-old man yesterday in connection with the blaze.
He is due to appear in court later today.
