A man is due in court this morning charged in relation to the fatal stabbing of a man in Finglas, Co Dublin, this week. 

The man in his 30s is charged to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning. 

The incident occurred at around 12.30am on June 20th, in Wood Way, St Margaret’s Road. 

The victim, a man in his 50s, was taken to the Mater Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. 

A postmortem examination has been completed but the results aren't being released for operational reasons.
