A man in his sixties has died after a crash in Co. Wicklow this afternoon.

It happened on the N11 at Scratnagh – around 2 kilometres south of Jack White’s pub.

The man lost control of the truck he was driving and struck a ditch.

He was pronounced dead at the scene – which remains closed for a technical examination.

Gardai are appealing for information.
