A man charged with the murder of Mary Ward in Belfast has lodged a High Court bail application.
Ahmed Abdirahman, who is 31 and had an address at Kinlay House, Dame St, Dublin 2, was arrested by Gardaí in Dublin on October 9th.
His application appeared on this week's High Court bail list in Cloverhill.
It was placed at 82 of 91 new cases on the list, but did not proceed and was put back to a later date.
Ms Ward was last seen alive on September 25th and had suffered neck injuries.
The PSNI and An Garda Síochána conducted a joint investigation.
Detectives attached to the Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation (NBCI) arrested Mr Abdirahman on October 9th in Dublin city centre, charging him with murder on September 25th.
At his first hearing, the accused was held in prison custody following a "not guilty" reply to the charge by Mr Abdirahman.
