Gardaí have released a man being questioned as part of an investigation into Dean Fitzpatrick's murder.
The Father of one (23) was stabbed to death in Dublin last May.
Coolock Gardaí arrested a man in his 40s yesterday morning for questioning over Dean's death - but he has now been released without charge, while a file is prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Dean, who was the brother of missing teenager Amy Fitzpatrick - died at Beaumont hospital after he was found slumped outside an apartment block at Northern Cross on May 25th - gardaí believe he'd been involved in a scuffle.
The suspect - he was understood to have been questioned for the first time in the inquiry - was being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
Shortly after his death, Dean's stepfather presented himself at a local Garda station to give a statement. He was later released without charge.
Dean's little sister Amy went missing in Spain 5 years ago and has never been found.
