A man who died following a stabbing in Dublin this morning has been named as Gareth Kelly.
The 39-year-old died following the attack at Brownsbarn Estate in Kingswood near City West in the early hours of this morning.
His body has been taken to Dublin City Morgue, with a post-mortem exam due to take place tomorrow.
The scene of the stabbing will remain sealed off overnight.
A woman in her 30s was arrested in connection with the stabbing and is being questioned at Clondalkin Garda Station.
Gardaí say they're continuing to investigate all the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
There's currently no known motive.
It is understood there was no relationship between the victim and the suspect, and they may not have even known each other.
Officers are believed to be investigating if the man was attacked over a parking space.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal to anyone who was in the Brownsbarn Estate and Kingswood area between the hours of 6am and 7am today who may have information in relation to this incident to come forward - in particular anyone who may have camera footage.
