A man arrested in connection with the Stoneybatter stabbings has been charged.
He is scheduled to appear before Dublin District Court, Criminal Courts of Justice today.
Gardaí continue to investigate all the circumstances of a series of stabbings which occurred in the Stoneybatter area, Dublin 7 on Sunday, February 9th.
Three men, ranging in age from mid-20s to mid-40s, were assaulted in the course of the incident.
All three remain in hospital - two men for serious but not life-threatening injuries and one men with less serious injuries.
Significant Garda resources responded to the incident on Sunday, including unarmed uniformed members, Detective Gardaí and supported by Armed Support Units.
The man arrested was initially intercepted and detained close to the scene of the incident by an unarmed uniformed Garda.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward.
They believe the suspect acted alone and are increasing their visibility in the area to reassure the community.
The investigation is ongoing.
