A man is to appear in court in the morning charged with the murder of Shane Geoghegan.
Mr. Geoghegan was an innocent man who was shot dead near his home in Limerick in 2008.
It was a case of mistaken identity.

Gardaí are to charge a 30-year-old Limerick man with the murder of the 28-year-old rugby player tomorrow.
