Manchester United says its shares will float on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) at US$14 (€11.40) each.

That is below the expectations of the club owners the Glazer family.

The US initial public offering values the club at stg£1.4 billion.

The sale is due to raise nearly stg£150 million.

Duncan Drasdo is Chief Executive of the Manchester United Supporters Trust.

He is firmly opposed to the move.
