A video that could make your heart stop has recently surfaced online in which a parkour enthusiast walks across a thin pole which lies over 800ft above ground.

The man, known as 'Sergey Jumping Buddha', completes several walks out above the city without any harnesses or safety equipment of any sort. He also performs a hand stand and hangs from the structure with just one hand.

Parkour is a holistic training discipline in which people use just their bodies and their surroundings such as walls, poles and buildings, to get from point A to point B.

A video of same man recently went viral after he attempted to perform a back-flip on top of a high rise building and nearly fell off.
