A man has been arrested after two people were injured in a stabbing in Dublin.
It happened in the Darndale area at around 7:30 am his morning.
A man in his 40s and a woman in her 50s both received stab wounds.
Both have been taken to Beaumont Hospital, with the man’s condition described as critical and the woman’s injuries believed to be serious but non-life threatening.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene and is currently being held at Coolock Garda Station.
Gardaí say they're not seeking anyone else in relation to the assault.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
