Parts of Manchester Airport have been evacuated while police respond to 'reports of a suspicious package' at its train station.
The station itself has also been cordoned off.
Greater Manchester Police said bomb disposal officers are en route to the scene.
A man has been arrested.

“A cordon is in place at Manchester Airport transport interchange and people are encouraged to follow directions from officers,” police said in a statement.
“Trams, trains and buses are currently suspended to and from the airport interchange.”
The TransPennine Express said train services would be disrupted until 11am at the earliest.
