Nelson Mandela's family say his health is now 'at its worst'.
The former South African President's immediate family gathered at his rural homestead yesterday for an emergency meeting to discuss the 94-year-old's seriously bad health.
Members of the public have been leaving get well messages, flowers and balloons near the property's front entrance - ever since he was admitted over 2 weeks ago for a recurring lung infection.

Despite intensive treatment at Pretoria's Mediclinic Heart Hospital, the 94-year-old's condition appears to have suddenly and dramatically deteriorated.
Mandela was last seen in public in 2010 at the football World Cup finals in South Africa.
