A Limerick hit and run victim will be laid to rest this weekend.
Marguerita Sheridan, a 21-year-old mother of one, died in Rathkeale, County Limerick last week after allegedly being injured by a van.
A post-mortem on her body has been carried out by the State Pathologist but Gardaí said it would not be released for “operational reasons”.
Ms Sheridan's funeral will take place on Sunday at 12.30pm.
On Tuesday, 42-year-old Danny O'Donoghue, of Lower Main Street, Rathkeale, appeared before Limerick District Court, charged in connection with Ms Sheridan's death.
He is due to re-appear before the courts tomorrow.
