Gardaí have appealed for information over the murder of Marie Kilmartin in County Laois on the 30th anniversary of her disappearance.
Ms Kilmartin went missing on December 16th, 1993, after she was last seen at her home in Beladd at around 4pm that day.
She had been at a Christmas party at the nursing home she worked at and was dropped home by two friends who saw her go through the front door.
After going missing, her body was discovered on June 10th, 1994, in the Portarlington area.
Since her death, Gardaí have arrested three people as part of the investigation, but to date, no one has been charged.
On the 30th anniversary of Ms Kilmartin's initial disappearance, Gardaí thanked the public for their assistance in the investigation so far.
They urged anyone with information about Ms Kilmartin’s death to contact them.
