October’s Allsop Space auction features 127 properties – 77 of them are residential.

Lots include a former Sacred Heart convent in Roscrea, Co Tipperary and a duplex apartment in Donnybrook, Dublin with a reserve price of 295-thousand euro.

There’s also four houses in a Mountrath, Co. Laois housing estate – which will be sold as one lot.
