A cyclist in County Meath was seriously injured in a crash with a car. 

Shortly after noon on Sunday, Gardaí and emergency services were called to the R125 at Phepotstown, Kilcock. 

The cyclist, who is in his 60s, was taken by ambulance to Connolly Hospital. 

The driver of the car did not require immediate medical care. 

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to contact them.
