Three men in Cork have used the inclement weather conditions to their advantage - by building an igloo.
The ice house, which took over six hours to build, was constructed by students Colin O’Leary, Sean O’Sullivan and Aidan Buckley.
The trio spent last night sleeping in the igloo, sharing pictures to their social media page.
They said they won't be putting the property on the market, however, as they expect it to be melted by Friday.
It seems igloos are gaining popularity in Ireland as Amelia, Harry and Charlotte McKee (Age 11,9 and 5) have also made their own igloo in Kilkenny.
Despite the serious implications of the adverse weather – plenty of people have been having fun in the snow, with a 23-foot snowman built in Limerick over the past few days.
