Mel C has admitted the Spice Girls used to fight each other in arguments.

Sporty says her and Mel B used to have to be split up as arguments between the girls got out of hand.

“It hardly ever got physical actually,” Mel C told Heat magazine.

But she added that the fights never resulted in injuries, just ‘mental scars’ for the group.

“Me and Melanie B used to get a bit pushy-shovey but we’re talking years ago. We’ve had some humdinger rows and some raised voices, but I don’t think anythings ever been thrown, no injuries inflicted on each other.”

The girls recently reunited for the Closing Ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics and they seemed to be getting along for what they say was the last time they would ever be on stage together.
