An interview back in May 2010 between then-TD Michael D. Higgins and US talkshow host Michael Graham caused quite a stir.
It seems the United States is only catching up with us ”“ as this interview has now become a viral hit on YouTube.
The clip resurfaced when video sharing website Upworthy posted the audio on Tuesday with the headline, “A Tea Partier Decided To Pick A Fight With A Foreign President. It Didn’t Go So Well.” Â Many U.S. Tweeters have dubbed the clip a ‘Tea Party smackdown‘.
