NAMA needs to step up the delivery of social housing in 2015.
Fianna Fail have made the call after it emerged that just 12% of housing units identified by the agency as suitable for social housing have been delivered to date.
By the end of September 2014, 5,482 units had been earmarked for potential use as social housing, but of these, just 669 had been delivered.

While 52% of units were no longer under consideration as they had already been sold or have been deemed unsuitable.
