The Finance Minister Michael Noonan says he is concerned about the liquidity situation in Greece.

Mr Noonan is in Brussels to discuss a bailout deal for Greece at a two-day meeting of Eurozone finance ministers.

Greece is due to make a €770m debt repayment to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) tomorrow.

It is unlikely a deal will be finalised today.

Mr Noonan says some progress has been made, but time is of the essence.
