Millions of South Africans are marking the first anniversary of the death of their former leader, Nelson Mandela.
Official commemorations will include an inter-faith prayer service and wreath-laying ceremony in Pretoria, led by the Deputy President, Cyril Ramaphosa.
There will also be a friendly cricket match - called the Mandela Legacy Cup - between South Africa's national rugby and cricket teams.

Mandela spent 27 years in prison, under South Africa's apartheid regime, and won international acclaim for reuniting his divided country on his release.
