class="MsoNormal">The Children’s Minister has insisted that the Children’s Rights Referendum will be held this Autumn as promised.

class="MsoNormal">The comments come from Frances Fitzgerald after Fianna Fail expressed concern that the wording of the Constitutional amendment has not yet been published.

class="MsoNormal">The party also said it is worried that a rushed referendum may lead to the public being badly informed.

class="MsoNormal">The date for the Referendum will be revealed in a few weeks time when the Cabinet returns for the Autumn Dáil term.

class="MsoNormal">However Minister Fitzgerald says there will be plenty of time for debates to take place.
