Mitt Romney has back-tracked over his views that London isn’t ready to host the Olympic Games.
In an interview with NBC News in America last night, the US presidential hopeful claimed it was “hard to know how well it will turn out”.
His views followed problems with private security firm G4S and planned strikes involving immigration officials.

He’d also called into question whether the British people were behind the Games.
