Some householders are having to boil snow and river water during industrial action by Northern Ireland Water staff.
Up to 6,500 homes and business are still without water as unions and the government-owned company meet to discuss the crisis.

NI Water says properties are affected in Tyrone, Derry and Fermanagh.
The company says it is working to minimise disruption to customers' supplies.
Areas of Omagh, Dungiven, Draperstown and Pomeroy are also seeing disruption.
Workers voted last month for a work-to-rule, a withdrawal of on-call services and overtime.
