Sinn Fein has labelled talks aimed at restoring the northern executive “a sham.”
The main parties met the UKs Northern Ireland Secretary Karen Bradley and the Tánaiste Simon Coveney yesterday evening, to discuss the absence of power-sharing in the North.
The previous administration collapsed over DUP leader Arlene Foster’s handling of a botched renewable energy scheme.
The North has been without a devolved Government for over two years as a result. Last Night Ms Foster accused Sinn Féin of holding the region to ransom during that time.
