Mr Johnson is widely seen as the frontrunner, after comfortably leading the first round of voting on Thursday.

One man has been arrested after people in the English town of Newquay were terrorised by a suspect wearing a mask and carrying a knife.
Officers say they had a number of calls about the "Friday 13th type incident" in the early hours of this morning.
A 45-year-old man was detained by armed police.
