A man armed with a rifle has opened fire at a shopping mall in the US state of Texas killing 20 people.
26 others are injured following the attack in El Paso - which borders Mexico.
A 21-year-old is in police custody after surrendering at the scene.

Two people were rescued off the coast of Donegal last night.
The Irish Naval Service says the LÉ CIARA responded to a distress call from a small craft taking on water.
It was located four miles north of Fanad Head, two people were onboard.
The naval vessel stayed with the small craft before Lough Swilly RNLI towed the boat to safety.
