A row has broken out between Scotland and Ireland over fishing rights at Rockall.
The Scottish government says it will take action against Irish vessels found fishing in the Rockall zone - which lies 400 kilometers off the north-west coast - from this weekend on.
The government here rejects the threat, but has put the fishing industry on notice.

A suspect device has been found in Dublin.
The bomb-squad was called after the device was discovered by a member of the public at Carnog Close near Poppintree in Ballymun shortly before 7pm.
Gardaí were called to the scene and the area was sealed off.
The device was safely removed by the Army and is being further examined.
