The Bray woman is only the third Irish fighter to hold belts in two weights – following in the footsteps of Carl Frampton and Steve Collins.
Her win over Christina Linardatou at the Manchester Arena last night takes her record as a professional fighter to 15-0.
The 33-year-old was already the undisputed lightweight world champion – holding the WBA, WBO, IBF, WBC and The Ring belts in the weight class.

Members of the Vietnamese community have attended a vigil in London for the 39 people found dead in a truck container in Essex.
More than one hundred people came to the Church of the Holy Name and Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in east London.
On Friday, UK police confirmed that they believe all 39 people found dead in a truck container in Essex last week were Vietnamese nationals.
Meanwhile, a manhunt is continuing for two brothers from County Armagh who are wanted in connection with their investigation.

A clean-up operation is underway at China's official news agency in Hong Kong after one of the most violent days of protests in the territory so far.
Yesterday pro-democracy protesters entered its offices as they continued their demonstrations for the 22nd weekend in a row.
Across Hong Kong, police fired tear gas at protesters while some demonstrators threw petrol bombs and vandalized buildings.
More than 200 people have been arrested over the weekend.
