Tell the mums in your life they're going a good job.

That's the Mother's Day advice from a leading Motherhood Coach.

Lucy O'Driscoll Edge is the co-founder of Mum Talks, an events company that empowers women.

She said many mothers feel undervalued for the work they do.

"Flowers and cards are great but even just reaching out to mums and telling them that they're doing a great job," she said.

"I think that's another thing, that mums can kind of feel undervalued and that their work isn't recognised.

"I think any opportunity to tell a mum that she's doing a good job is so, so important."
