After last night's Superbowl, there was much to be said about Tom Brady, whose four touchdown passes led his Patiots to victory and earned him his third MVP award.
Fans and detractors alike flocked to Twitter, with many not realising that Brady has no account on the site, leading to a barrage of tweets aimed at ITV political editor Tom Bradby.
With comments ranging from "you're my hero" to "drink bleach," Bradby got quite the earful, but seemed to enjoy his moment of accidental popularity.
Congrats @tombradby and the @Patriots!! Great game!!!

The @packers played a good game. To bad @tombradby is such a loser.

But, in the nicest possible way @giseleofficial, is there any chance you can lure your husband onto Twitter so he can cop the abuse himself!
