Do you share your Netflix password with friends or family?
Well, the streaming service is now testing a feature which could soon see a crackdown on password sharing.
Netflix says the test feature is aimed at ensuring those using an account are "authorised to do so".
A number of users have reported seeing a message saying they'll need their own account to keep watching if they don't live with the account owner.
Viewers will get the option to verify their identity through a code sent to the account's owner, or they can choose to complete the process later.
However, it's only a test for now, so only a small number of users are likely to see the message.
Netflix's current terms and conditions say users should "not reveal the password to anyone".
It adds that the service "may not be shared with individuals beyond your household".
Despite that, Netflix has previously acknowledged that many customers do share their password with friends, family and partners.
Back in 2016, CEO Reed Hastings said there were 'no plans' to change their approach.
He said: “Password sharing is something you have to learn to live with, because there’s so much legitimate password sharing - like you sharing with your spouse, with your kids.
"There’s no bright line, and we’re doing fine as is.”
