A new emergency law is due to be signed into law today, to reinstate Ireland's ban on drugs like crystal meth and ecstasy.
The emergency laws were passed by the Dáíl late last night, after the Court of Appeal yesterday struck down the ban as unconstitutional.
The bill will today go before the Seanad before being rushed to Aras an Uachtarain to be signed into law by President Higgins.
