A new Dublin nightclub opening this weekend aims to revive the city's nightlife after a "rough few years".
The Seek nightclub off Grafton Street is hoping to capture the market for over-25s.
It is an expansion of the four-storey rooftop bar, Hyde, on Lemon Street.
The second floor of the venue has been under construction since the beginning of this year and will open this Saturday as the Seek nightclub.
Organisers say the club will host roaming entertainers every weekend - from percussionists to dancers and vocalists.
Set up over four floors, Hyde can host up to 600 guests and includes a restaurant, wine bar, cocktail bar, rooftop terrace and now a nightclub.
Head of Operations, Clive Powers, said: "The Dublin late-night scene has had a rough few years, so we are excited to revive the Dublin nightlife scene with the opening of Seek and bring it into a new era.
"Particularly for those working professionals 25+ who feel like they haven’t had a nightclub of their own in this city," he added.
According to the Give Us The Night group, Ireland’s club scene has collapsed at an alarming rate over the past two decades - with four-in-five Irish nightclubs closing since the year 2000.
