The National College of Ireland has launhced it's new report into quality of education for children living in disadvantaged areas of Ireland, such as the Dublin Docklands.

Part of the Early Learning Initiative, the programme looks to see how to improve the education of children who may not get a chance at learning in the way that better-off kids might,

Experts say that mathematical literacy levels in disadvantaged areas are way below those of children in more affluent parts of Dublin, and the city at large.
