A dedicated online portal has been launched to help people manage their Digital COVID Certificate online.
It comes after the helpline dedicated to the cert has been overwhelmed with thousands of calls a day since it opened earlier this month.
A separate online portal was opened last week, but only for those who are looking for a recovery cert.
The new website, however, will allow people to update or change incorrect details on their certs, request a cert via email, or check the status of their vaccination cert if they haven't received it yet.
In a statement, the Department of Health said: "We endeavour to constantly improve the Digital COVID Certificate services and the introduction of this online self-service portal provides another channel to allow members of the public request their certificate.
"Work is underway to develop and launch further accessible channels in the coming weeks to help meet public demand."
The COVID cert helpline is still available on 1800 807 008.
The Digital COVID Cert is intended to help people travel more freely between different EU countries if they've been fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 in the last six months.
It can also be used to access indoor dining, although the HSE's vaccination card can also be used as proof of vaccination.
